A Kremlin insider who is close to Vladimir Putin’s inner circle has blasted the UK over their possible intention to send “game-changing” Challenger 2 tanks to Ukraine.

He has called on the Kremlin to label the move as crossing Russia’s “red line” and is demanding that Moscow carries out tactical nuclear strikes on British bases which are home to the Challenger 2 tanks.

This comes after the British Prime Minister has asked the Defence Secretary Ben Wallace to work “with partners” to determine how the UK can go “further and faster” to support Ukraine with tanks.

By sending the British Challenger 2 tanks this will break the deadlock as currently the ratios between both Moscow and Kyiv are “too finely balanced.”

Putin ‘will be killed’ as ‘those around him will not allow him to go to The Hague’ because his ‘testimony would be harmful for them’

Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov lost his marbles on live TV blasting the idea of Western tanks to be sent to the battlefield in Ukraine to fight against Russia.

He said that Putin’s decision to invade Ukraine on 24 February 2022 is in fact a “a fully-fledged Third World War.”

Solovyov said, “We are not carrying out strikes on NATO because we say NATO will get involved then.

“But in what other way will they get involved? Now they are sending tanks!”

Solovyov continued with his usual rant, “Poland has just announced this. It doesn’t matter how many tanks England gives to Ukraine.

“Our red line should be straightforward.

“Poland has taken the decision to send tanks! Britain has taken the decision too.

“Any military target in France, Poland, or Britain – we should officially declare it a legitimate target for our strikes!

“If we know there are tanks being ready to be sent to the war with Russia, we should make sure there isn’t any military equipment there as a result of our strikes.

“If required, we should use tactical nuclear weapons. Will we wait for thousands of tanks to appear on our territory?

“We should smash them on the way in and that’s it.”

France will send AMX-10 RC “light tanks” the US will send 50 Bradley tanks which are known as “tank killers” and Germany has said they will send 40 Marder IFVs.

Poland has confirmed an “international coalition” and could send a company of Leopard 2 tanks, but Berlin must provide consent as they hold the licence exports.

However, Berlin have concerns that by sending the Leopard 2 tanks this could escalate the war.

Polish President Andrzej Duda said,”Recently, we really decided to transfer such support [tanks] to Ukraine from Poland.

“A company of Leopard tanks will be provided within the framework of the coalition,”

Duda added, “You know that it is necessary to obtain certain official agreements and consents.

“But first we need to create an international coalition. And we have decided to form this international coalition.”

Western officials said, “The Ukrainians won’t be unable to win back significant amounts of territory without changes to their force posture from last year.

“The force ratios between the Russians and the Ukrainians are too finely balanced,” the official said.

“Something needs to break that deadlock, especially if they (Ukraine) are to win territory back and go on the offensive. Main battle tanks and APCs (armoured personnel carriers) are part of that mix.

“I think the Ukrainians would look to all partners who might provide tanks won’t be particularly worried about where they come from just so long as they come in sufficient volume.”
