UK property sector gender pay gap continues to widen – London Wallet

Keller Williams Plus (KW Plus) has topped 230 associates in the UK, following a 78% jump in recruitment over the past year.

Completions handled by its agents also climbed 54%, as the company claims its market centre is now the largest single-office franchise in the sector.

The announcement of KW Plus’s rapid growth comes as Keller Williams UK finalises plans for this year’s two-day MegaCamp event.

For the first time, the event will be open to all estate agents across the UK and is scheduled for 16–17 April at the QEII Centre in Westminster, London.

The speaker line-up features social media and AI expert Andrew Davis, who has worked with global brands including FIFA, Sony PlayStation, and Tesco. Other keynote speakers include Alice Law, author of the Sunday Times best-seller Unstressable: A Practical Guide to Stress Free Living, and Phil M Jones, author of seven best-selling business books including Exactly What to Say.

They are joined by a line-up of speakers from the property sector including Ben Marley, founder of GeoCale, which helps clients maximise the potential of their Google Business Profiles, and Mal McCallion, CEO and Co-Founder of ModelProp, an AI company building tools for estate and lettings agents.

Other speakers confirmed include Kate Faulkner, a property analyst, Simon Leadbetter, founder of We Are Unchained and creator of The Voice of the Agent, as well as James Shaw, founder of Pivot.

The theme of the conference is “Shaping the Agency of 2030 Today’ and it is expected hundreds of agents will attend from the UK, United States, Europe and elsewhere.

Mark Readings, CEO of KW Plus and growth leader of Keller Williams UK, said: “We are delighted to have onboarded so many talented associates during the last 12 months, all of whom have been attracted by the opportunity to be self-employed but with the support and infrastructure of the world’s largest estate agent.

“All of the agents who have joined demonstrated the drive, determination and mindset to succeed and to help us continue to build the Keller Williams brand in the UK.

“Many of the Keller Williams agents will be attending MegaCamp, along with other agents who are keen to learn about the seismic changes happening in the property industry and go away with a route map to enable their business to get ready now.”
