Montagu Evans has unveiled its largest-ever round of promotions involving 35 people across the business, as part of its growth strategy.

The round of promotions, effective from the start of April, include four new equity partners: Kate Falconer Hall from historic environments and townscape (HEaT); Ben Monk from rating; Adam O’Neale from industrial and logistics; and Richard Thomas from land and living.

The firm also named six new salaried partners: Issy Battcock from valuation and investment advisory (VAIA); James Huish from central London planning (CLP); Kellie Laing from clients, brand, markets; Emma Lawrence from HEaT; Colin Sinclair from housing and land planning; and Gregor Wilson from rating.

Promoted to senior associates are: Josh Boreham from offices and industrial and logistics; Sarah Gibbs from residential valuation advisory (RVA); Emma Gill, James Leuenberger and Tom Pemberton from central London planning; Ellen Moore from housing and land planning; Tristan Paterson from retail and leisure; Lisa Proudfoot from Scotland planning; and Katie Seabourne and Alister Stewart from VAIA.

Additionally, the following have become associates: Zelie Batchelor and Ben Dakin from housing and land planning; Ben Clark from HEaT; Jack Hitchcock from RVA; Felix Lovell, Robbie Mattiuzzo and Dale Beckley from rating; and Matt Roberts from retail and leisure.

Finally, the cohort of seniors include Bridget Crossley and Izzy Mayhew from HEaT; Andrew Dykes and Kelly Salman from rating; Lulu Moakes from VAIA; Bethan O’Sullivan from housing and land planning; and Rachel Slater from development advisory.
