More than half of LSL’s new franchisees have signed up to tenant management software Propoly.
LSL announced in May that it was franchising its entire estate agency network, which includes the likes of Reeds Rain and YourMove.
More than 50% of the 300-plus newly created franchises have now signed up with Propoly, which claims to speed up the letting process, while also helping agents with compliance and commission on utility deals and insurance.
According to Sim Sekhon, Propoly’s MD, new franchise owners had been keen to embrace the tenancy progression platform.
He said: “These agents clearly understand the importance of delivering excellent service, but they also know that in today’s climate, they can’t fall back on throwing more and more man hours at the job.
“Propoly is the answer and already we’re getting great feedback on how it’s benefiting their agencies.”
Jon Rudd, of National Home Move, which operates 66 branches of YourMove and Reeds Rain, said using the platform had helped to optimise workflows.
“The platform’s compliance aspects, user permissions, multiple integrations, ease of use, and overall efficiency have been fantastic for our business,” he explained.
