Alto, the loud-based software for agents and part of Houseful, ZPG’s rebranded property division, has announced a new partnership with Just Move In, the complete home setup service provider.

The partnership will enable Alto users to offer their customers (vendors, buyers or renters) a free home moving service that helps to streamline council tax, water, sewerage, and energy – as well as additional services including removals, storage, insurance, and bills consolidation.

As part of the new deal, Alto will automatically highlight Just Move In’s services to vendors, buyers and tenants as part of their moving journey and will send emails on behalf of agents (in their branding) when their clients reach certain milestones.

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, COO at Alto commented: “Regardless of whether you’re a property owner, prospective buyer or renter, moving home is one of the most stressful things many of us will encounter. This innovative new partnership with Just Move In will not only help alleviate the stress associated with this milestone for many – but will also provide an opportunity for agents to stand out from the competition.”

Ross Nichols, Co-Founder at Just Move In, added: “This unique integration will allow more agents, and indeed more customers than ever before, to benefit from our services and save both time and money.

Just Move In is the latest in a wide range of new partners that have integrated with Alto in recent months. This includes tenant referencing provider Canopy and property marketing provider Focal Agent.
