ES Best

The Apple I was the first product brought to market by the forward-thinking trio that founded the boundary-breaking tech giant back in 1976.

Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne kickstarted a revolution, which 48 years later, still sees queues around the block at the annual unveiling of its fleet of iPhones, Watches and PCs.

While it feels like the brand has been making a conscious effort in recent years to keep the price of its latest launches steady – in fact, reducing the cost of the most recent iPhone 16 in comparison to that of the 15, upgrading to Apple’s arsenal is rarely a cheap endeavour.

That’s why, when an event like Black Friday rolls around, searches for deals at the tech giant are some of the most sought-after.

When is Black Friday 2024?

Black Friday this year fell on November 29. Or, more accurately, this is the official date. The reality is that you will be able to snap up a bargain under the guise of Black Friday for the entire month of November. The reductions have begun at John Lewis, Currys, Amazon and Argos as well as on laptops, phones, TVs and non-tech related categories like fashion, furniture and beauty.

When does Black Friday end?

The month-long extravaganza closes out on December 2 on the day known as Cyber Monday. Once reserved for the best tech deals, it is now considered the final day of the Black Friday period with no product type immune from slash in the RRP.
