Property investment platform Sourced has reached the business milestone of 200 franchisees.
Launched by managing director Stephen Moss in 2017, the platform aims to help property professionals build their own portfolios while receiving support and access to funding.
The firm says it now has over £1m in property assets and a support team of 35. It has also launched its own app listing property investment opportunities.
So far, the company has funded 61 projects up to the amount of £44,572,283 through its peer-to-peer funding platform, Sourced Capital.
Chris Kirkwood, Sourced director, described building a network of 200 franchisees as “an incredible achievement”.
He said: “When Stephen launched Sourced he knew that people needed more than just intermittent training courses and networking events if they were to succeed in such a competitive industry.
“Our franchisees are business partners, not clients, and our team goes above and beyond to make sure they receive the advice and support they need to suit their individual requirements.
“We’re not done yet though and we fully intend to hit our target of 250 franchisees come the end of the year.”
