Propertymark expands agency helpline – London Wallet

Propertymark has expanded its agency helpline to help members region and discipline-specific legislation.

Open Monday to Friday, Propertymark’s member helplines are run by experienced and knowledgeable teams who support members with any day-to-day questions they may have, helping to resolve queries and manage difficult situations so they can drive their businesses forward.

Taking over 20,000 calls a year across all the topics agents need answers on, Propertymark says this knowledge is then distilled into FAQs and factsheets, which members can access 24/7 as part of their membership. This is one of the many benefits that many of Propertymark’s members say is worth the membership fee in itself.
