PropTech firm The Lettings Hub has announced a trio of integration launches including Reapit, Home Telecom, and Live Chat software Tawk. Customers of the firm can benefit from all three launches together from today.

Reapit integration will allow customers of both firms to create tenancies in The Lettings Hub platform BOX using the information they have already entered on properties, landlords, and tenants in the Reapit system. The synchronised platforms will eliminate duplicate data entry and errors and provide an enhanced client journey for tenants.

Also now integrated within BOX is home moving support provider, Home Telecom. This feature provides a seamless move in experience for tenants, while sparing agencies hours of administrative tasks. Completing all utilities notifications for free, as well as combining exclusive energy, media and broadband switching packages for tenants, the integrated service ensures tenants arrive in their new property with all services set up and ready.

The Lettings Hub has further cemented its commitment to customer support by launching its Live Chat Tawk feature, connecting users directly to their dedicated UK-based support team from BOX platform or their website. Tenants, Landlords and Letting Agents can access the service from 5am to 9pm, and receive quick, human responses as well as the option to switch the chat to a phone or video call for additional support.

Heidi Shackell, CEO of The Lettings Hub, said: “We want agencies to be able to utilise BOX integrations to further customise and enhance their own proposition. The three integrations we’ve launched today provide the perfect unison of speed, efficiency, and client service for agencies to benefit from.

“The trend towards mix and match technologies and partnerships to meet the needs of a fast-paced lettings industry shows no sign of stopping and is something we embrace; our next deliveries will bring payment technologies and pet-based solutions into the platform for our clients.”
