Reapit has partnered with Making Tax Digital (MTD) providers Hammock and Nexus by Landlord Studio, adding integrations across its Reapit and PayProp platforms to support landlord tax reporting.

For agents with landlords earning over £50,000 from property or self-employment, MTD introduces additional reporting requirements, including handling income and expense data and responding to queries ahead of the first filing deadline on 7 August 2026.

The integrations allow agents to invite landlords to use either provider, enabling them to manage and submit their own MTD reporting. Property income and expenses are automatically transferred from Reapit or PayProp into the provider’s system, reducing the need for manual data handling by agents.

Nexus enables landlords to view and manage income and expenses through a portal, while Hammock provides similar functionality with bank feed integrations and HMRC-recognised MTD reporting.

Agents can activate the integrations through the Reapit AppMarket or PayProp settings.

Steve Richmond, Reapit’s general manager for the UK & Ireland, Middle East and Africa, said: “We chose Hammock and Nexus because they deliver leading MTD solutions and handle every part of landlord onboarding and technical support. For agents, it’s as simple as sending an invitation and after that all taxable property income and expenses flow automatically from Reapit and PayProp into the MTD platforms.

“We’ve worked closely with both Hammock and Nexus to build these integrations in this way, as we know how busy letting agents are adapting to the Renters’ Rights Act. Making the process as hands-off and painless as possible was a real priority and both of our partners have truly delivered a seamless service for the industry.”

Manoj Varsani MBE, Founder & CEO, Hammock, commented: “Hammock is suitable for all ownership structures – including joint ownership and limited companies, as well as tenancies – including HMOs and furnished holiday lets. We are already working with leading letting agents in the UK and more agents are joining our network every week.”

“Landlord Studio has been supporting landlords since 2014, powering property accounting for thousands of landlords. With Nexus, we’ve built something exclusively for agents, giving them a way to support their landlords without stepping into tax,” added Logan Ransley, MD and co-founder of Landlord Studio.
