Rivian Q1 delivery

American automaker Rivian has posted its production and delivery figures for Q1 of 2026 and has set the date for its full financial report.

It feels like it was only a couple of months ago we were reporting Rivian’s Q4 and full year 2025 financial results… because we were. We are already on the cusp of a Q1 2026 report, but per usual, Rivian has shared some production and delivery numbers ahead of time.

The company is currently riding high on encouraging results for all of 2025 and a positive outlook for 2026 following the official market launch of Rivian’s newest flagship, the R2.

From what we’ve seen from Rivian in Q1 2026 so far, that trend is continuing, even before we get into delivery numbers. The company recently announced a partnership with Uber, including an investment of up to $1 billion. Not to be outdone, its EV tech recently helped joint venture partner Volkswagen Group achieve a winter-testing milestone, unlocking another cool billion in funding.

We expect Rivian’s Q1 2026 results to be more good news, especially if today’s delivery and production numbers are any indication of its progress so far.

Rivian production and deliveries on pace through Q1 2026

We will keep this short and sweet. One, because it’s still early and I haven’t had any coffee yet, and two, because Rivian hasn’t shared much else at this point.

As teased above, Rivian announced its production and delivery totals for Q1, which ended March 31, 2026. The American automaker produced 10,236 electric vehicles at its facility in Normal, Illinois, and delivered 10,365 EVs.

For comparison, Rivian built 10,974 vehicles in Q4 2025, of which 9,745 were delivered to customers.

Rivian added that its Q1 production and delivery results are in line with its larger outlook. As a result, Rivian has reaffirmed its 2026 delivery range guidance of 62,000 to 67,000 vehicles, initially announced during its full 2025 financial results.

Lastly, Rivian confirmed that it will release its full Q1 2026 financial results on April 30, after market close.

As always, Rivian will host an audio webcast at 5:00 PM ET the same day to discuss the results and its business outlook.

The live webcast will be available here. After that, a replay will be available for four weeks at www.rivian.com/investors.
