Former Wales and Scarlets scrum half Gareth Davies’ estate agency ‘Blackbear’ has expanded into Swansea less than a year after its launch in Pembrokeshire.
The move into Swansea was initially planned for 2026 but has been brought forward.
Co-owner of the estate agency, Davies, said: “We cannot wait to get going in Swansea. The team in Pembrokeshire, Jamie, Jack, Mon, and Lowri have done a phenomenal job cutting through an old-school market with energy, creativity, and hard work.
“We’ve moved forward faster than we ever expected and are thrilled to have Sarah Howe leading the Swansea launch. With over 20 years’ experience in the local market, she’s exactly the person we need to make an immediate impact.”
Launching alongside the Swansea branch is Blackbear Finance, headed up by Lewis Pike of LJP Mortgages.
