Street has unveiled their first-ever billboard campaign, in a move to generate high quality leads for their partner agents and to ‘finally advocate for great estate agents across the UK’.

The “Moving Made Magical” campaign launched by the property CRM has gone live across a network of high-profile digital billboards on key transport routes across the UK. The campaign aims to connect homemovers directly with tech-enabled local sales and lettings agents who use the Street.co.uk platform.

Giving estate agents on Street.co.uk their own promotional boost, while the platform’s homepage has been redesigned to feature a prominent branch finder. This new tool allows potential vendors to locate their nearest estate agent signed up and request a valuation.

Street’s co-founder, Heather Staff, said: “For too long, the only advertising done to the UK public about our industry, was disparaging to estate and letting agents and implied a painful process. We think it’s time that narrative changed, and the UK public was made aware that great estate agencies do exist, the process can be tech-enabled, and there’s a way to easily find those agencies.”

Street’s head of marketing, Dave Smithbury, added: “Our ‘Moving Made Magical’ campaign is part of a wider marketing strategy to change the narrative around the stressful nature of moving, and elevate Street.co.uk estate agents profiles in their local market.

“Not only do we invest significant sums in creating groundbreaking technology for estate agents, but by leveraging our team’s expertise we’re investing in marketing on their behalf, driving new vendor leads directly into their pipeline, free of charge. ”
