The Guild of Property Professionals has announced the launch of its A-Z of Suppliers, a comprehensive list of trusted suppliers they have agreed arrangements with to offer its members preferential rates and services.

The Guild says that through the power of collective negotiation it has been able to secure partnerships designed to help support agents.

The extensive list includes what The Guild says is 40 ‘carefully vetted suppliers’, each providing services tailored to support estate agents in various aspects of their operations.

These suppliers are categorised into 12 key areas, including Business Management and Services, Compliance, CRM System, Customer Feedback, Data and Intelligence, Financial Services, Lead Generation and Management, Lettings, Marketing and Branding, Property Marketing, Sales and Websites. Each entry in the A-Z of Suppliers outlines the specific service offered, star rating, benefits and exclusive discounts available to Guild members.

Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, commented: “At The Guild, our goal is to continuously enhance the value we offer our Members. The launch of the A-Z of Suppliers is another step toward ensuring independent agents have access to top-tier services at preferential rates. By leveraging these partnerships, our Members can reduce costs, stay compliant, and increase revenue. Many of these services even generate additional income streams, which can offset the cost of Membership – putting more money back in agents’ pockets.”

The Guild says its strategic partnerships are built on three key principles: cost savings, revenue growth, and compliance. Each supplier has been carefully selected to align with these principles, ensuring Members receive the maximum benefit from their Guild membership.

By harnessing the power of collective negotiation, independent agents within The Guild network gain advantages that it says would otherwise be difficult to secure alone.

“If agents were to seek these services independently, they would face significantly higher costs. Rather than paying for fragmented solutions, property professionals can benefit from The Guild’s network – gaining exclusive access to referrals, income-generating tools, legal guidance, and compliance support, all under one roof,” McKenzie continued.

Looking ahead to 2025, The Guild says it will continue to expand its suite of services and negotiate new deals to strengthen its membership offering – and increase number of members.

“The addition of further services and exclusive agreements will make Membership even more cost-effective. We are always seeking new ways to deliver greater value to our Members,” McKenzie added.
