Tickets are now on sale for Women in Estate Agency 2026, the sell-out event.

On Thursday 5th March 2026, the Shaw Theatre in London will once again be taken over by the WiEA community. And this year, it comes with a twist: WiEA insists it’s not a conference.

So why not a conference?

“This isn’t like any other event. It’s not a conference,” says a WiEA spokesperson.

We are told that those attending the event can expect TED-style talks, punchy panels, and unfiltered stories from speakers, along with an immersive sponsor zones, surprise performances, and the annual WiEA Aftershow Party.

Ahead of next year’s event, once again supported by Rightmove, Verona Frankish, Chair of the WiEA Board, commented: “We’re back, and WiEA 2026 will be bigger, bolder, and braver than ever. Every year we have sold out which provesthe appetite for something different, an event that isn’t about formality, but about honesty, inspiration, and belonging.

“With Rightmove’s support, we’re excited to deliver another incredible day that will challenge, uplift, and connect our community.”

Clare Hughes, WiEA founder and board member, added: “WiEA 2026 is about more than filling a diary date. It’s about sparking conversations that matter, giving space to voices that need to be heard, and creating a community where nobody ever stands alone. That’s what makes this event truly unique.”

Event details

• Date: Thursday 5 March 2026
