The AllAgents Customer Experience Awards 2023 winners were unveiled in glittering ceremony at Crowne Plaza in Glasgow last Friday.
The event, attended by agents from across the UK, was presented by Martin Roberts from Homes under the Hammer.
While a number of agents were recognised regionally, the best overall agents in the national categories were dominated by a handful of agencies, including Manning Stainton, Northwood, and Beresford, awarded gold, silver and bronze, respectfully, in the 2023 UK Overall Winners class.
Roberts said: “The AllAgents Awards stand apart from other property accolades, recognizing and celebrating the entire spectrum of listed property agents across the UK. They are unique in being entirely free to participate in and are bestowed based on the authentic experiences of the end-users.”
“The adage is true that the customer is always right, and tonight, their feedback played a pivotal role in selecting our finalists and winners,” he added.
Vincent Friel, director of AllAgents, added: “Everyone in the room had a fantastic time, and in my eyes, every participant was a winner. We eagerly anticipate planning for next year’s event.”
