United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty is ramping up its offering with a new countryside office situated just outside of Cobham in Downside, Surrey.

This latest expansion marks the fifth office, headed by industry veterans, Nat Bracegirdle and Alex Collins, for the luxury property brand in the UK.

Bracegirdle, previously recognised as the top fee earner for Knight Frank in Elmbridge and the Home Counties, has two decades of experience specialising in Cobham, Oxshott, Esher, Walton-on-Thames and Weybridge. He is familiar with the North Surrey area.

Collins, also previously of Knight Frank, has spent the past four years in Surrey.

The scope of the new office extends beyond Surrey, with a primary focus on sales and lettings in Surrey, Berkshire, and the Cotswolds.

Leveraging Collins’ extensive network and the global reach of Sotheby’s International Realty, the office is actively involved in listing trophy homes across the country, showcasing properties through the UK Sotheby’s International Realty network and auction house.

Managing partner, Claire Reyolds, said of the new office: “As we open our fifth office in Downside, Cobham, I am thrilled to witness our continued expansion. Nat Bracegirdle and Alex Collins, with their rich expertise, exemplify the dedication to excellence that defines our brand.

“The opening is not just a new office; it is proof of our unwavering commitment to providing the best service to our clients and to selling the most exceptional properties on the market.”
