Well-established estate agency expands after completing acquisition – London Wallet

MGY Estate Agents & Chartered Surveyors in Cardiff has acquired Seabreeze Homes, enhancing its market position, footprint and service capabilities.

Founded in 1987, MGY has offices in Cardiff Bay, Radyr, Heath, Pontcanna, Whitchurch and Penarth.

Established in 1999, Seabreeze Homes, is an independent estate agency in Penarth and The Vale Of Glamorgan.

MGY director James Thomas said: “This is a natural progression for MGY as we grow into Penarth and the Vale of Glamorgan. With six offices across Radyr, Heath, Whitchurch, Pontcanna, Cardiff Bay, and now Penarth, we comprehensively cover Cardiff, RCT, Penarth, and the Vale of Glamorgan.
