Wentworth, a London-based letting agency, has relaunched as Wextons, shifting its focus towards guaranteed rental and fully managed property services for private landlords across East London.

The agency, which has operated in Tower Hamlets since 2006, has rebranded alongside the launch of a new website, www.wextons.co.uk. The move comes as landlords increasingly seek predictable rental income and professional management, particularly ahead of proposed regulatory changes such as the Renters’ Rights Bill, which is expected to be implemented in early 2026.

Wextons said the rebrand and updated digital presence were intended to better reflect its services and provide clearer information for landlords considering long-term management arrangements.

The agency operates across the E1, E2, E3 and E14 postcodes, covering areas including Canary Wharf, Bethnal Green, Whitechapel and the Isle of Dogs. These locations are among the most active rental markets in East London and are served by transport links including the Elizabeth Line and the Docklands Light Railway.

Wextons has identified several landlord groups it aims to serve, including first-time landlords, portfolio landlords, build-to-rent schemes, HMO landlords requiring specialist compliance support, and overseas landlords seeking fully managed services.

Its guaranteed rental service offers landlords fixed monthly income, paid regardless of occupancy, with full property management included. This covers maintenance, repairs and 24-hour emergency callouts. Properties are let to vetted professional tenants and are not placed through local authority schemes.

Under the arrangement, landlords receive three months’ rent in advance and can select lease terms ranging from one to five years. Rental levels are agreed at the outset, with Wextons covering void periods during the term.

The agency said it will continue to focus on providing long-term rental management services for landlords across Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas.
