Well-established franchise completes acquisition – London Wallet

Richard Wells, franchise partner at Hunters and owner of the Hunters Catford office, has expanded his business with the acquisition of the Surrey Quays office.

Having lived and worked in South-East London for more than 30 years, Wells brings extensive local knowledge of the area’s property market. He acquired the Catford office 10 years previously, as well as the Sydenham business four years ago.

Wells, who previously spent 15 years as a mortgage broker, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity not only to take over an existing portfolio and database, but also to get involved with one of London’s most exciting areas for property. With more than 100 years of property experience between us, I believe that our team is well-placed to provide a quality service to the South-East London market.”
