Winckworth Sherwood has promoted Charlotte Coleman and Qaisar Sheikh to partners in its property litigation and education teams, respectively.
Charlotte Coleman
Coleman has extensive experience advising developers, social housing providers, building owners, asset managers and private individuals on complex and high‑value property disputes, with a particular focus on issues relating to residential development.
Meanwhile, Sheikh is a solicitor with considerable experience in education, public and discrimination law, having worked in these sectors for over 15 years.
He has expertise in advising families, schools and multi-academy trusts on matters involving children and young people with complex special educational needs and disabilities.
The firm now has 78 partners and 306 staff across its offices in London, Oxford and Manchester.
